Challenge

In the fast-paced foodservice industry, independent operators and businesses often struggle to compete without access to the same resources as larger chains. Kraft Heinz needed a way to better support these partners, providing them with tools, insights, and networks to help them grow and adapt.

My Role

  • Sole designer translating an external brand book into a cohesive, user-focused website for Away From Home, shaping the digital brand experience beyond the provided guidelines.

  • Defined Menu+’s visual identity, assigning a dedicated green to differentiate the articles hub while maintaining consistency with the core brand palette.

  • Developed photography guidelines and adapted the brand’s multi-colour system to accessible web colours, ensuring inclusivity and cohesion across the site.

  • Designed high-fidelity layouts, interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and custom graphics, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams to align strategy, UX, and implementation.
